Keatmay Engineering is a family owned and run company, offering a modern precision service to supply quality machining to all areas of engineering. We specialise in manufacturing low to high volume requirements and have traditionally been involved in the Automotive, Retail, Aerospace, Railway, Leisure and Defense industries. We also offer prototyping of bespoke intricate components and assemblies, using a variety of exotic alloys and surface treatments.

Other activities have concentrated on small components and mechanical assemblies for the electronics industries and computer associated industries.

Based in Harlow, Essex and situated close to the M11 & M25 we are ideally located for national coverage.

Our time served work force of qualified engineers have considerable experience in the supply of CNC Precision Turned & Milled components, in both ferrous, non ferrous materials and in a range of composites in accordance with customer drawings, sketches and samples. All material conditions and surface finish requirements can be catered for with our network of quality assured sub contract sources.

From the initial contact with a prospective customer and the determination of their requirements down to the delivery of a finished product, Quality Assurance forms a major part of our day to day activities and all components undergo our rigorous inspection processes. We also encourage our approved supplier and subcontract base to conduct the same level of quality assurance testing in order to form lasting quality partnerships with ourselves.

Confidence in our ability to supply quality components and services is supported by the recognition of our quality system by a UKAS appointed body and its registration with the international Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001 including the latest version registration.

Upon request, Keatmay can provide a mechanical assembly service to minimise costs for our customers. We do this within our dedicated clean areas, dependent on customer needs.
